I was experiencing some trouble with my dispenser, so I sent in an email. I didn’t realize my dispenser was quite old and had surpassed the shelf life, but the customer service for Doctor Aromas was amazing. They contacted me and arranged to send me a new one at no charge. I really appreciated their prompt response and replacement. I loved the product before and still do- highly recommend it! Your home will never be the same once you have used this product.
