Doctor Aromar Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Referrers and Referred Friends must be at least 18 years of age. Referrers must have, and Referred Friends must create, a valid Doctor Aromas account. Creating a Doctor Aromas account is free, and subject to the Site’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated by reference. The Referral Program is valid in areas where the Doctor Aromas service is available. To refer a friend share your personal link by email, Facebook, whatsApp or Twitter. By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to receive emails from Doctor Aromas related to this Referral Program (even if you may have opted out of marketing emails from Doctor Aromas previously).

 

Qualifications

To qualify, the Referred Friend must place their first-time order on doctoraromas.com using the personalized discount code sent by Doctor Aromas in connection with the Referrer’s referral. Referred Friends must be new to Doctor Aromas to qualify for the offer.

 

Successful Referrals

For each Referred Friend that successfully places their first-time order on Doctor Aromas using the discount code sent in connection with Referrer’s referral, the Referrer will receive a discount code for up to a maximum of 20 Referred Friends. The Referrer's discount code will be delivered via email up to four (4) days after the Referred Friend places his or her qualifying first-time order.

 

Discount Code Terms

All discount codes granted to Referrers or Referred Friends through the Doctor Aromas Referral Program apply to minimum orders of $40, before tax, and shipping fee, can only be redeemed on doctoraromas.com and expire three (3) months after delivery, or such other date provided at doctoraromas.com No substitutions or cash equivalent. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

Prohibited Uses

This offer is made to you, the Referrer, solely for your personal referrals. You are not permitted to: (i) distribute or commercialize this offer through any third party site, or (ii) as the Referred Friend, attempt to redeem multiple first-time offers. Any violation of these prohibited uses or these Official Rules, including the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, will subject customers to Doctor Aromas remedies.

 

In the event of a dispute, all redemptions will be deemed to have been redeemed by the owner of the email account used to place the order that is associated with the offer's redemption. For these purposes, the email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to the email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.

Remedies

Doctor Aromas reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Refer a Friend Offer at any time for any reason. Doctor Aromas  also reserves the right to not honor the outstanding discount offers, or any portion of them, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Doctor Aromas’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer or the program, as determined by Doctor Aromas in its sole discretion. Doctor Aromas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against any customer it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Customers who engage in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise violate these Official Rules, may be inhibited from redeeming any future offer, or from using Doctor Aromas’ services altogether, in Doctor Aromas’ sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Doctor Aromas reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Waiver

Doctor Aromas’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
