STANDARD GROUND (USA)

FREE Ground shipping orders over $99, otherwise shipping will be $10

Arrives between 2-7 business days with UPS or USPS, AFTER order has been processed and fulfilled from our distribution center. (Please keep that in mind) You can check tab below for processing time for further details.

Orders to PO Box and standard orders from PR, HI, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout for your convenience.

Standard Shipping Time:
Orders typically arrive within 6 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Most orders are shipped via DHL for reliable and trackable service.



PROCESSING / How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1 - 3 business days to process before shipping during our regular fulfillment days*. Any orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. All Shipments leave from Miami, FL.

PLEASE NOTE: HIGH VOLUME DAYS such Black Friday, christmas season, launches can extend processing times 5-7 Business days.

** Carrier delays out of our control can occur during seasonal times, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances in your area or any of our shipping locations.

We always try to keep our customers informed of any delayed shipping issues.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your order to be expedited please contact our customer service team to obtain a shipping rate for your order. Please have the shipping address on hand when reaching out to better assist. Call: 786.536.3664

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After placing your order you will be receiving a confirmation email that your order has been received at our fulfillment center. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a following email with a tracking number. Please click on your tracking number to track your package. If you are having any issues with doing this please contact doctor@doctoraromas.com.

 

WHAT IF THERE ARE "ADDRESS ISSUES" WITH MY ORDER?

Address Issue Policy

If our system identifies an address issue on your order we will do the following:

● Email OR Call the customer regarding their address issue
● Customer will have up to 10 days to respond and verify/correct their address
● If we receive no response in those 10 days your order will AUTOMATICALLY be cancelled
● Should you reach out after 10 days a new order will need to be placed with the updated shipping address
