As a sales associate you are the person who guides the clients, advising, selling, and helping them setting up their new systems.
Outbound cold and warm calls are done every day as well as taking care of clients showing up in our showroom and in our chat room.
Troubleshooting, dealing with requests and complains and processing exchanges and returns are always sales opportunities. Dealing with packages that do not reach their destination not much but, we still need to take care of it.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a must, sales experience and college degree preferred
