Return and Exchanges

We really hope that you love what you ordered, but understand that sometimes certain items may not be for everyone. We at Doctor Aromas will do our best to accommodate you with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Any purchases made on www.doctoraromas.com can be returned for an exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Within 60 days of the original purchase, any returns will only qualify for store credit or exchanges.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with original labels. For all aroma refills, the amount of content must equal to 90% of the content or more to get a full refund.
- Client is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. To facilitate the return process, Doctor Aromas offers a simple online process which allows for the printing of shipping label(s) at a $8.00 flat rate (only from US shipping addresses). The $8.00 will be deducted from your store credit or refund. Exchanges have free shipping. Returns and exchanges are free when you bring it to our North Miami Showroom. Final sales items are NOT eligible for return
- All requests for returns or exchanges will require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the product's condition and price.
All refunds will be processed on a first come first serve basis and are typically completed within 7 business days after confirmation of receiving your return.
Exchange(s) will typically leave our warehouse within 72 hours of confirmation that your return has been received by us. We at Doctor Aromas hold ourselves to a high standard and aim to exceed your expectations. This is why we will make every effort to have your items ship as soon as possible!
Doctor Aromas reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

All dispensers have a 3-month warranty. We will replace a dispenser that is not working for the same (or similar in case the model has changed) if it’s returned to us before 90 days of purchase. Client might opt to have a phone trouble shooting call. Most times, the sales department will be able to determine if the dispenser is broken or not. If it is we will send a new one at no cost.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
