Loved the twin pack deal. My favorited fragrance, always reminding me of the resort we visit in Mexico.

Called customer service who said they would check with shipping (?). Offered replacement, but have received no notice of anything, as in confirmation via email. I bought 4 refills two are clearly not ok.
Fragrance is “Dream”.
