I love this aroma just wish it was either a little stronger or had more lasting power without blowing through it so quickly at the cost its at.

I really wanted to love Doctor Aromas, but I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I needed an extender for my unit to work with my return, and the extender they sent malfunctioned and started spraying the scent out of the back instead of into the vent. Unfortunately, I had just received my subscription order and almost an entire bottle of scent was wasted before I realized what was happening.
When I contacted them for a replacement extender, I was told I would have to pay for shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay anything to replace a defective part they sent me, especially after it caused me to waste almost a full bottle of product.
I was a subscription customer and really enjoyed the scents, but the way this was handled has me seriously considering canceling altogether. I expected better customer service, especially for a problem caused by a malfunctioning part.
