Breathe Better - You do it 17,000 Times a Day!

That’s right, the average person takes about 17,000 – 30,000 breaths A DAY – that’s a lot of air! Because we breathe so many times a day, shouldn’t you treat your nose, lungs and body to a little something extra?  (And by a little extra we mean the best).

You probably haven’t given it much thought because breathing comes so innately, but if you think about it, your nose gets the least TLC. You brush your teeth three times a day, shower about twice a day, wash your hair a couple of times a week, moisturize your face daily, etc., but what do we do for our nose?

Your nose and lungs deserve the best. After all, they work hard 24/7 pumping air into your body, which helps keep you going (and living). But your nose and lungs aren’t the only beneficiaries to having the best air possible. Your mind and body benefit too.

We’ve mentioned before that aromatherapy and fragrances can help improve your mood, sleep, and productivity amongst other things.

You can call us your Doctor for many reasons Although we don’t have Ph.D’s, we do care about your quality of air, are very knowledgeable in aromatherapy, and utilize the best in equipment, herbs and essential oils in our kits and fragrances.

Not only do we have a passion for great-smelling air, but we’re pretty serious about it. Our propellants are made by Dupont and are pharmaceutical-grade quality. In fact, they’re the same propellants used in inhalers for asthmatics.

We also want to help you improve your quality of life so you can really breathe it in.

Breathing meditation is a great pair to our aromatherapy.  It can help you relax, lower blood pressure and keep your mind and body functioning at their best in under 10 minutes.

Here’s a relaxing breathing meditation to get you started:
